She demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and exceptional dedication in assisting me with my needs. I had been searching for headphones, and Laura not only provided clear directions to the nearest market but also took the extra step of calling the store to confirm the product’s availability. She ensured I felt safe during the process and followed up to verify that the store could accommodate me. This level of care is rare and was especially meaningful to me, given that I can be forgetful and somewhat clumsy at times. Laura’s conduct reflected high ethical standards and genuine concern for guest safety and well-being. She went above and beyond her job duties, and her kindness left a lasting positive impression. I felt safe, respected, and well cared for throughout the interaction. Amazing staff and very accommodating The front desk is very helpful and you can buy snacks right there! Food service is amazing and the bar is uncanny.
